Đầu tiên, cho bột mì, muối, bột nở, đường trắng, bơ cắt nhỏ vào 1 cái tô, dùng tay trộn đều.
Thịt xông khói, hẹ cắt hạt lựu, cho vào tô hỗn hợp trên cùng phô mai bào sợi, thịt nguội
Cho tiếp 50ml sữa tươi vào, trộn đều để tất cả nguyên liệu hòa quyện vào nhau. Cho bột lên mặt phẳng bên dưới có lót sẵn giấy nến, dùng tay dàn đều bột.
Dùng dao cắt bột thành nhiều phần bằng nhau, xếp bánh lên khay nướng, lấy chổi quết 50ml sữa tươi còn lại lên bánh.
Cho bánh vào lò nướng khoảng 20-25 phút ở nhiệt độ 200 độ C. Đợi bánh chín thì lấy ra, để nguội và thưởng thức cùng ly trà nhé!
