Trong một thố lớn, trộn đều 500g bột làm bánh mì, 10g đường, 25g lòng trắng trứng gà, 2g muối, 10g bơ, 3g men nở và 130 nước lọc. Khuấy đều sau đó dùng tay nhào bột thành khối đồng nhất. Bọc màng thực phẩm ủ bột ở nhiệt độ phòng khoảng 70 phút cho bột nở.
Bột sau khi nở thì chia làm 6 phần đều nhau, vê tròn. Nhồi sơ bột rồi cán hơi dẹp. Sau đó tiến hành nắn bột thành những chiếc bánh nhỏ dài, thon nhọn về 2 đầu. Ủ tiếp 45 phút cho bánh tiếp tục nở.
Trong thố lớn và sâu lòng, dùng máy đánh trứng đánh tan 100g bơ cùng 50g lòng đỏ trứng và 50g bột phô mai Parmesan. Khi hỗn hợp quyện đều là được. Cho chúng vào túi bóp kem, bóp lên các chiếc bánh đã ủ, rắc thêm hành lá thái nhỏ.
Làm nóng lò lên đến 180 độ, đặt khay nướng trên tầng hai của lò nướng, nướng bánh khoảng 15 phút là bánh chín. Bánh mì nướng bơ hành với cách làm không chút cầu kỳ, bánh nướng chín thơm béo ngon miệng, dùng ăn sáng là ngon hết sẩy.
