Good value - works well
I had no problems with my filter (both air an water) changes. It's nice that they include instructions so you don't have to lug out the manual. I have a Kenmore Elite (same as an LG) fridge. After running about 2 gallons through (as they recommend), the water was clean and all is good!

A huge bargain
You can pay very close to $100 for a single LG brand water filter plus air filter. These Tier 1 items snapped right into place. The water filter had a different label, of course, but otherwise had the same exterior dimensions as the original, and fit precisely. The air filter is indistinguishable from the LG brand. How will they hold up, and how with the ice cubes taste a few months from now? I don't know. But for now I have to call these a great bargain.

Great price and exactly what we needed. These are just as good as the filter that comes with the fridge and the water is dispensed even faster with these. My husband and I prefer these filters. We bought three for half of the price of one by LG. They even come with the airflow filter as a bonus. Five stars.

This is such a great deal and they work perfectly! I'm telling my niece about this as she has the same refrigerator as I do . Why pay high prices at HomeDepot for just a Water filter when you can get the same water filter and the air filter for a third of the price. This way you can change filters and keep your unit in tip top shape . Service was fast and a great product, Thanks, I'm telling all my family and friends to try your product out !

I don't get the negative reviews
I've been using these filters for about a year in my LG refrigerator, and I haven't had a single issue. They are easy to install, I have never experienced any leakage, and the water tastes great. I suspect those pushing other, more expensive filters are doing so with an agenda. These filters are an incredible value, and last the full six months. I cannot recommend these highly enough.

Very glad I got these
I hate that "filter replace" nudge on my fridge, but I feel better knowing I've followed the guidelines... These worked great with my Kenmore fridge. Perfectly compatible. Remember to run the water through as long as they recommend (2 gallons? 2 minutes) when you change the water filter. I just installed the last set and am ordering a new package.

Everything was what it should be
I ordered this product because my online research told me this is the water cartridges used in all LG Refrigerators where the cartridge is loaded in the ceiling. The cartridge and air filters were delivered quickly as described in the product description. The only issue was that my research was wrong, These guys did everything right.
